The police searched the area but there was no body. The police thought she was just emotionally distraught and was hallucinating. Was Ellie losing her mind and imagining it because of the grief she still lived with? No, she wasn’t losing her mind. She wasn’t going to give up finding the truth and finding the body.  

I read this book in just a few hours, couldn’t put it down! This was the first book I’ve read by Jane Holland and I can tell you it won’t be the last one. There was mystery, a little romance thrown in and a lot of murder. It was a great book, a page turner!

My Review:

This is the third book in the Men of Summer series. This is the story of Zack Richards & Grace Maddox. Grace and Zack have lusted after each other for many, many years. Zack has kept his distance from Grace until it is discovered that she is in danger of being killed most likely by one of her kin. Zack takes Grace to his home to protect her and as much as Grace vows not to fall for him again, the chemistry is too much and she surrenders herself to him. Zack has many secrets he doesn’t want Grace to discover because he thinks it will destroy her. Will Grace be able to trust Zack once the secrets are out in the open? Will Grace finally be able to find peace?  

I love Lora Leigh’s work. There has not been one of Ms. Leigh’s books that I have read and not enjoyed, and this one is no exception. Her writing is superb!

This book has everything you can want from a good book – lies and deceit, suspense, passion and hot, hot sex. Grace is not a super strong woman but neither is she weak, she does have her strengths and Zack well, as much as many out there wouldn’t be crazy about his macho type character I really liked him. Not enough could be said about the sizzling sex between the two. Did I mention hot already? 

I thoroughly enjoyed this book and there wasn’t any part where I felt like it dragged on at all. This book was intriguing, suspenseful and sizzling!
